Need help with not smoking!?

ive recently just quit smoking (day 3) and find myself getting really bored. i need some suggestions on other things to occupy my time.

  2. Generally, any hobby that requires using your hands will work. Stitchery, crocheting, painting, pottery work or beading, are just a few.

  3. You need to change up your whole lifestyle in order to remove smoking from the picture. Take up jogging and see if you can go faster or farther each time. Or learn a new skill like knitting or polymer clay.

  4. Personally, I found cleaning-type tasks to be the most helpful - stuff like scrubbing tile grout and resealing it. Your tolerance level for frustration is probably lower than you think, so unless they're pretty easy it may not be a good time to learn new crafts.

    If you don't mind an additional tip, my sister and I both found chewing on stick cinnamon to be very helpful, in addition to nicotine gum and lozenges (It's been over a year for me, over 10 for her). Congrats and stick to it!
