Need ideas for anthropology project?

I need some ideas for my anthropology project it can be about anything. Right now i can't think of anything cool. The project should be based on what you think you may learn, and why that topic is of interest to you. Remember that the project must include some sort of material culture as data (photographs, headstones, artifacts, etc.).

Here's my idea.

Take a human baby, and a gorilla baby. Before they have had any contact with their own kind leave them in solitary confinement for 3 years. Compare and contrast.

This could prove what the difference is between human, and animal intelligence, instincts etc...

The transition from Paleolithic to Neolithic. Its a bit of a stretch but the good thing is you wont run out information. Talk about the technological advancements. In different parts of the world, what areas developed faster than others. Could throw in a theory or two to explain why this has happened.

Another neat project would be to talk about the many different languages of the world. How over time people developed there own language due to living in a contained groups for so long. Also the connection many different languages have with words. Cognates.ect.

How about picking a tribe to do it on? How they live their life and stuff? Like...hunting and gathering.

I took Anthropology last year and my teacher showed a movie about gorillas doing sign language and stuff. It's really cool. It deals with anthro (the people who observe them)

It's like...how they communicate just like us humans.
