Need info about the aptera.?

All I have seen is a basic web site. No factory info, no production schedule. Nothing. But they want 500 somolians to get on the list!!! Any additional info would be helpful!

There are very few credible sources for information at this time.  I am also following the development of this auto, and would very much like to own one.

However, until the DOT decides what category to put this in (motorcycle or auto) so they can decide which safety standards apply, you will not be able to drive it or insure it anyway.  I am personally holding off on any deposit until these issues are resolved.
