Question:

Need info on tightning my stomach

I used to have a large beer belly.I still have a belly but it has gone down alot.I need to know how i can tighten it to get it to go away.I have lost a total of 25 lbs.Do i still need to do alot of cardio and situps and crunches? Is there any quicker way to have it flatten out quicker?

    im 16 and making my core hard for martial arts soooooo,lemme see.......

    keep working on your cardio,and also work it in different ways,the body will not work as much when it "memorizes" the exercise,so like running,jumping jacks,heavybag work,some football drills,etc give good variety

    for the abs-crunches,situps,pushups,legraises,bi... situps,situp twists....etc

    keep your body guessing on the exercises and keep working the cardio

If you want to speed up the process, get yourself a stability ball.  Keep doing your regular workouts and use the ball in place of a chair whenever you're at home.  Use it to sit on while you use the computer, watch tv and if you could stand it, while you eat. You have to sit straight and maintain your balance and it really helps develop your core strength which is essential to having a tight gut.  At first it's going to be uncomfortable, but you get accustomed to it.  You could also integrate the ball into your workouts.

  3. First, of all congrats on your weight lost! Continue to do your carido start doing some reps of sit-ups, crunches, and pull-ups you will be in pain...good luck with all the rest that you are trying to accomplish!

  4. The answer to ANY ab work is crunches, situps, and pushups.
