Need more customers.?

Question

I asked this once today but i guess it wasnt clear enough. We have a really big automotive and truck repair facility on the edge of town. We work on everythig from small things like brakes to big things like engine and transmission rebuild. Well it seems like lately we have been getting fewer customers. Well there is anothere repair place in town( there are several but they can't compare with us) but all they do is tires and brakes and othere small stuff. They actually send all the hard stuff to us. Well they are on the main drag in town ( it i sa pretty big town) and they are packed every day. We use radio adds and a few other ways of advertising but we havnt done anything in a while. And to add to every thing we have a small sign. Do you think we need a bigger sign or do we need to do constant advertising?? Could it be our location?

Offer free gas, especially for the big items. For instance you could offer $300 in free gas for a transmission rebuild, or $100 for a full brake job.

Try catchy slogans. A mascot man.

Such as a greased up guys in ninja suits carrying someone's car while they have a cup of T before they can take a sip they drop the full cup on the table and the car is parked and customised LOL
