Need more help with my ipod!

i just asked this question and know i need more help!!

Please be VERY pasific im kinda dumb help me with my ipod

i got a new ipod its a 4 gig ipod nano and me and my family sare a computer my sister already has an ipod and when i pluged mine in it like downloaded ALL of her stuff and now i dont know how to get it all off without deleting her stuf please help me!

i got everythig deleted exsept...i have something called podcasts what are they and can i get rid of them

If you want to get rid of the podcasts, you get rid of them the same way you got rid of everything else.
