ok so this weekend is a fountain festival which my academy and perform and we are expected to do some sort of kick or punch or combo...so if some one could plz help me out by giving me a coupl suggestions that would be great!!!

have your parterner throw a punch at you.use an inside forearm block. punch to the chest.front snapp kick to groin.then a punch to the kideneyes.

throw a left punch-right punch-right round house kick followed by a left spinning hook kick
