Need to upgrade my vaio

Hi! my vaio PCG8K1L seem to be a PCG-GRS300 or PCG-GRS750 but I dont know which one. I want to upgrade the CPU and memory but can't find the maximum capacity of the board. Do you have any ideas?thanksFrank
