Need weather info in Port Douglas?

Need to know if the weather has cleared any tours are going out to the reefs. Are roads still closed? ect.

At the moment the road is closed between Port Douglas and Cairns, so no, nothing much is getting through.

As stated on the RACQ webiste The Captain Cook Hwy is closed to all vehicles at the following locations.

Palm Cove to Port Douglas at Boer Street and Mowbray River turnoff.

Captain Cook Hwy is open with extreme care at Crees Creek and Yule Point at Craiglie.

I don't think you will be going anywhere far as the weather and floods are still bad up there, with more heavy rain predicted to come.
