Neighborhood subdivision directory?

I live in a new construction subdivision and am looking to start a directory of addresses, phone numbers and services people may be able to offer their neighbors. I don't want to reinvent the wheel- any suggestions on how to handle this the easiest way?

I think that would be a wonderful way to bridge and assist your neighbors.  I would put together a questionair that will be used along with a nice welcome letter explaining what you are constructing to help your subdivision.
