Do other departments seem to promote the cops that no one else likes? The kind that backstab and brown-nose their way throughout their career. The kind that dont really care about the public or their co-workers, unless it's doing something that'll get them ahead. The kind that keep getting married but cheat on their wives because they need to prove something to themselves. The kind that break whatever rules they feel like but write up others for bending or breaking less important rules. The kind that pick on weaker people but are afraid of "real men". Most of the time, they're short and usually have mustaches. Ultimately, the one's who shouldn't be supervisors or even cops......
Is it just me that sees this or are most departments the same?
