  1. 4.6 GB is too large for a single layer dvd. About 4.33GB is the max.

  2. hi,

I'm a movie enthusiast.. I've tried so many DVD burning tools, they are rly many.. but only few do the job right.

My fav is Convert X to DVD.

I suggest you download the latest version of Convert X to DVD - v.3

i summarize by sayin: its easy to use, and works perfectly!

It lets you burn multiple video files (all formats, including AVI and MP4) to DVD, along with amazing DVD menus.

i'll try guiding you step by step...

    I) Download n run Convert X to DVD v.3 by clicking here:

    http://www.burner-software.com/AVI-to-DV...

II) Drag-drop your video files onto the tool

    III) Click the [Convert] button

    and you're done!

but there are also extra features like customizing the DVD menu, adding subtitles, and hmm alot of useful things actually.

I'm sure you'll love the tool. give it a try =)
