Nervous help?

ok so my volleyball tryouts are <b>2MORROW</b> and im soooo nervous!!!my stomach hurts from it. can someone give me tips they know work so i can stop being nervous

cause when im nervous i mess up, and im good at volleyball but if im nervous imma mess up and not make the team......

so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!! =[

  2. Sing the song from the sound of music.. raindrops on roses and wiskers on kittens. Or just think of me :) and how redicilous i sound telling you this

    But i was on my volleyball team and my friend was on the bench and i was playing and everytime the ball would come near me i would flip out ahd not get it. and im good too!

    so i looked over at her and she started mouthing it to me

    trust me. it works :)

  3. just eat well tonight and get lots of sleep.

    when you get to your tryouts BELIEVE IN YOURSELF even if you cant believe you can. visualize what you are going to do before you do it. stay calm and remember, everyone else is nervous too and coaches know that.

    also be LOUD and CALL the BALL this gets coaches attentions and shows you are a leader and team player

  5. The best idea I can think of is tonight just rest up and try to keep your mind off of it because the longer you have to think about it the more nervous you will get. Then, tomorrow during tryouts just try to pretend it&#039;s just another game. Not tryouts, just a game with your buddies because I&#039;m guessing you know the other girls. And also, try to laugh it up a little with your friends, laughing always calms my nerves.
