Nervous stomach at skool?

Why do i always get a nerous stomach when i go to school.i always need tko use the restroom and stuff? and it only happends at skool.not on weekends or any holiday?its werid? what do i do?

I used to get the same thing back when I was in high school, and I found that when I skipped breakfast, even though I would be hungry in school I would not have the same gross feeling and have to make so many trips to the bathroom.

They say you're "supposed" to eat breakfast as part of a healthy lifestyle, but I found it made me feel much better to wait until lunch to eat.

Do you drink anything in the morning (milk, coffee, juice?) If you find that skipping breakfast doesn't help at all, try staying with breakfast and replacing whatever you're drinking with something else.  It's very possible that your drinking something that your stomach in sensitive to; they're extra sensitive in the morning.
