Netgear Default access?

Question

Hello world,

i got a Netgear DG834G-3ALUKS today when i put in the default access http://192.168.0.1 its not bringing a page up for me the change the settings.

I am not and expert and do not understand all a jargon :(

I'd be so happy if some1 could help me out .

try 192.168.1.1

Usually the username is:admin pass: admin.

Or hit the reset button in there.

It should take you to your admin portal.

See if that helps

or check the manual or their website.

We assume you are initially connected via an ethernet cable from PC to one of the 4 Lan ethernet ports on the router, (not the separate modem port)

try this

http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.0.1.

if that doesn't work, try holding the reset button down on the back for 5s and try again.

If still doesn't work the do the same again but with the power cable disconnected and then reconnect the power while holding the reset button down for 5s

username =admin

password=password

If still no joy check the cable from the PC to the router is not faulty that the lights are on the router
