Netgear wireless not working!! PLEASE HELP!!?

Question

Recently my netgear wireless connection just suddenly stopped working so I unistalled it and reinstalled it but it still isnt working. I have checked that the router is working on the other computer and it is. Ive tried unplugging it and leaving it for a few minutes but it still wont work. It always worked fine and ive tried everything to get it working but it just wont. Anybody any ideas????

get a LINKSYS router. netgear ones are HORRIBLE. ive gone through 2 that ive had to reset constantly to get them to work, at least 3-4 times a day. i will never buy another netgear anything ever again. throw your piece of c**p netgear router away and get a linksys one. sorry if this is a bit harsh but it will solve your problem.

Try restarting the router. If that doesn't work, try a factory reset.

Is this a laptop or a desktop? How many computers are connecting through the router? Is this the only machine having this issue? What OS are you running? When you reinstall the device can you see the device in your device manager?
