Network Administrator?

Are Network Administrators able to see what I am doing on their network? And do they have to be on the internet the same time I am to see what I am doing? Is there any program I can download to hide what I am doing on the network? Please someone answer soon. Thanks!

  1. Since he's the "king" in the network, basically he can do anything he wants, but mostly when the activities in the network and internet. I believe he won't bother to check everyone's activities in the local PC unless he suspects the person will do something "illegal"
