Network Error Code? What's Up?

Question

Every time I try to send, reply, or forward a Yahoo email message, I get "Network error: Connection reset by peer in transfer loop while retrieving http://us.mc623.mail.yahoo.com/mc/compose?&rand=1620931999&da=0". I've contacted my ISP and they weren't too clear on what the problem is. What gives here?

There's a glitch, and it's most likely on your ISP's end.  I would call them back and ask for a further explanation.  Ask for technical support instead of regular customer service.
