New Sidekick help me ?

ok so i just got the sidekick 2008 for my birthday and i cant figure out how to put a picture of me and my dog as the background, does anyone know hoe? i cant figure it out. Please help

you cant the only way is to create a theme for it and put your picture us background if you ganna do that go to sklxthemes.com or sk3themes.com remember to create the theme for sidekick lx because there is no way to create for new 1 so check the web and see.

Unfortunately with Sidekicks you can't set backgrounds using pictures from your phone. You can however change the keyguard. I have a SK Slide, so I'll tell you how to do it on mine, maybe it's the same for the 08.

Push menu > settings > key guard & security then on the left you should see a small icon, click on that then click on the mountain picture thing, then go to where the picture of you and your dog is saved to (either on your memory card or on the device album) click on the picture, then push the check key (the bottom right) push the jump button and you should be set.

first you take the picture.

go to the menu screen and press the 3 lined button at the top left.

go to settings and then keyguard & security

press the image and chose your image and youre done!

but it only shows in keyguard mode.

for the theme you might have to put it online and make a theme.
