New bedroom help!!!?

Question

ok so im re-doing my bed room and the walls are going to be pink, or two diff. shades of pink striped. [EX: one of the colors for the Victoria's secret bag, or just one of them... if you don't know what it looks like here's the link: http://www.youthnoise.com/uservideo/photo/219_tn.jpg ]

im getting brown wood flooring also. and i am getting a pink and white bed spread, and my sheets are pink with white polkadots... [a darker pink then the walls] do u think it will look ok? do u have any suggestions? i was thinking of getting a sleigh bed.. and of course a desk and dresser. but my REAL question that I NEED an answer too is what kind of furniture should i get? WHITE or BROWN? please help! ok so pink/pink stripe[cant decide yet!] walls, brown hard wood, white and pink bed spread, what color furniture? i like white but idk... brown might look good too! thanks if u can help :]

I'd go with a dark espresso brown furniture set. It will look nice with the decor you are planning now but will also look great with a lot of other color schemes.....you know, for when you get sick of pink ;)

Well I have pink bedding and stuff my furniture is off white or like a a light brown tannish would look good too. Hope I helped

You didn't say how old you are and my first thought is that white is kind of juvenile. Very girly so if that's your goal then maybe that's good. I think a dark wood will look best with these colors you've described. As times passes you may want to change the colors and wood tones are easier to work with than white.

Cream colored  furniture is just warm enough to pull it together.
