The Westin Real de Faula Golf Resort & Spa ( http://www.resideo.com/es/benidorm/36008... ) is a new hotel in Benidorm -- opened just last year.

I think you may be referring to the Hotel Mediterraneo, which was opened in 2004.  It is a 4 star hotel, situated in the exclusive "cuidad jardin" area of Benidorm, opposite the "Benidorm Palace".  What is so unusual about this hotel is that it is only 3 floors high and covers a large area, with terraces, gardens and pools (almost unheard of in Benidorm).
