New camera?

okay, so im geting a new camera soon because i just had my birthday and i have some money to spend. my old camera broke about 7 months ago and cant be fixed. i had the Sony Cybershot DSC-N2 it was a great camera and i would get the same camera but i dont have enough money & the ive had it for longer then a year. so im looking for a good camera like the old one i had. it needs to be 9+ mega pixels & $300 and under. thanx for the help!
