New clait certificate or diploma?

hi, i completed new clait last year (2006/07) but unfortunately I didn't get the first unit on file management.

i went back to college this year (2007/08) to do ecdl and also redo the clait unit i failed on. i finished up the ecdl and the clait unit by the end of february and still have not received my clait certificate or i think i should get a diploma as i then would have completed all the clait units.

i had received my certificated by this time last year and was just wandering that because i haven't received it by now does it mean i have failed again?

i received my ecdl cert in June.

I studied for the ECDL and ITQ (Level 2) courses start of 2007. At the same time -- no. However, not far apart. I received the ECDL after waiting eight months and a wait of fourteen months for the ITQ2. Both papers awarded by BCS (none were Diplomas). So no direct answer, waiting seems to be the norm. Did (Do) you have an assigned tutor for the CLAIT?
