New girl at a new school?

I just moved to a new state, and i will be starting school tuesday. Im used to being the person who easily makes friends with new ppl, but now im the new kid! I'm already signing up for clubs, and im trying out for cheerleading, but i wanted to find friends on the first day. What ppl should i sit by at lunch on the first day of school? I know to be myself, but who should i talk to on my first day?

talk to who ever makes you feel comfortable if they seem friendly you should hang out with them

Well, usually peopel always want to be friends with the new girl, so when you get there ppl will probably be talking to to find out who you are. just compliment them and talk about things like the olympics or something big ppl know about. best of luck :-)

Same things going to happen with me.

Just be sure to talk to people in class and stuff. if your the new kid they'll probably want to know what your like and stuff. and if you hit it off with anyone they might invite you to eat lunch with them! good luck!

i would casually say hi to a few people. you don't want to over do it. if your nice and other people are nice you will be invited to sit somewhere. don't force yourself upon others. that would be rude. just be casual and friendly.

Well I think you will have no trouble making new friends because you are not shy. But at lunch if you see a group of nice looking people then ask "can i sit with you guys?" and then if they say yes...then just introduce yourself and talk to them. If they say no, then they are not worth your time. And be yourself, you will be more interesting and cool =]
