My american girls hair is bad, and I wanted to get a new one by sending her to the doll hospital, how much would that cost?

Ps: She is Jess one of the girls of the year will that make a difference

im not sure but i have jess too and her hair is perfect same with all my dolls hair and i brush the hair alot

it would cost around 39 dollars and no i don't think it would make a difference.
