New room ideas!?

Ok, so I just graduated highschool and I had planned on moving away to college but later changed my mind and im going to be going to a community college for a year or so which means living at home. My room is so highschool..and I really want to make it a hot place to hang out and super cute. I don't want anything too expensive (i am going to be a college girl on a budget) but still really nice. I LOVE pink and I like black alot too. My room right now is hot pink with light pink polka dots and it screams highschool! I really need some great ideas. Help!

Well honestly I think pink itself is just young for a bedroom.  I am going into my sophomore year in high school and im running away from my pink room.  Heres something that inclueds black but isnt like dark and still girly but not too young:

The store is kind of expensive but you dont have to use those excact things.  I used this to get ideas for my room.
