Unfortunately it seems our major export is New Zealanders!  They're leaving in droves for more $$ in Australia & other places.

the biggest exports in kiwi are dairy products ,china as opened its doors and can't get enough thats why a lot of sheep numbers are falling, in favour of beef and dairy ,but on a lighter note , yes it was said to me a long time ago by a kiwi that the biggest export was new zealanders, but that depends what you want from life a fantastic life style in nz. or live in the fast lane elsewere, and believe me the grass is not always greener on the other side

Dairy products and meat is that main exports. We export 95% of our dairy products.
