  1. LT. He's a double-threat, and you can't go wrong either way. Also, if Brian Westbrook can stay healthy, he's a good one.

  2. LT hands down

  3. LT would usually be the answer, but they have not been throwing to him as much.

I'd say go with Westbrook if you're trying to cash on receptions on your RB.

  4. Brian Westbrook

  5. The best running back in a points per reception leage would have to be Brian Westbrook, he got about 300 yds more than LT in recieving yards and this year he is probably going to duplicate those stats and maybe even be better since he has a very good chance of playing all season. Westbrook also caught 30 more passes than LT this past year which would also help you out in your league. Plus you are much more likely to get Westbrook then LT anyways in a draft seeing as LT is either first or second. When Donovan is healthy the ball usually goes to Westbrook and when he isn't, it goes to Westbrook. But keep in mind the Eagles will expand their passing game with the outbreak season from Kevin Curtis so this may make you want to go with someone like Frank Gore maybe, who is second among runningbacks in receptions and the running game for the 49er's isn't too powerful due to a weak line, so the backfield will get more passes than other teams'.

LT is projected to get 1965 yards from the scrimmage this year to Westbrook's 1925 so the rushing yards you'll be sacrificing will total up to more than 300 yards, plus you'll be sacrficing about 8 TD's if you take Westbrook over LT.

Another thing you must factor in is the health of Donovan McNabb, he is going to have slightly better numbers this year and the occasional hotstreak like his 3 game 816 yard 5 TD span in the beginning of the season. Phillip Rivers has had his stock fall quite a ways, he'll still be able to keep the defense honest but LT will carry the majority of the offensive load by running, not by passing.
