Roter Salon, White Trash, Magnet Club. All recommendable and in the Prenzlauer Berg district. Another trendy club at the moment is the "Weekend" at Alexanderplatz (also former East Berlin). It's in a highrise building overlooking the city and they mostly play electronic music there. Just google these clubs for more information, they all have websites! Or go to www.berlin030.de , a good website with extensive information on clubs, parties and concerts. Else just stroll through Friedrichshain (e.g. Simon-Dach-Strasse) or Prenzlauer Berg (e.g. Greifswalder Strasse, Schönhauser Allee....), there are plenty of cool cafés, pubs and bars everywhere there!
