Question:

Nikon Coolpix L4

My Nikon camera is giving me a red blinking hand all the time when it is on. The manual says to turn on the BSS, use a tripod or the self-timer. I have tried all these methods and I still get blurry pictures frequently. Do you have any suggestions?
