Nikon DSlr?

Question

Do you think the D60 os better than the D80? I am going to end up getting the D80. Also what i syour take on the SB 600 vs. the SB800 speed flash, I know the price but as far as if I just get the SB 600 is it just as good as the SB 800?

I love photograhy and taking pictures and this is my first pro camera and I want to get long lasting things that will have good quality.

Also I know that the d60 is newer than the d80, fromwhat i heard the only thing is the d60 takes the newer lenses and tha d80 takes the older ones. as far as quality and taking great pictures waht good?

If U like the D80, then get the D80.  It is a fine camera.  Nikon Rulz!

The SB-600 is not as powerful as the SB-800 and cannot be used on-camera as a "flash commander."  This is not important, because the D80 pop-up flash can act as the flash commander for wireless flash.  So, save some bux and get the SB-600.

D60 is newer, that is true, but the biggest difference is U as photographer.  If U stink, it won't matter if U have D60 or D80; if U R good, then D60 or D80 don't matter either.  Nikon Rulz!

The D60 has newer technology when it comes to processing the D80 has more pro features yet the technology processor is older. The D60 can only AF with AF-S and some AF-I lenses. The D80 will support all Nikkor lenses. The D80 is larger shoots faster and has a better viewfinder. Neither are pro cameras If you want a pro camera step up to the D200 D300 or D3

Nikon is all that I will use... I have a D200 and D300... The D60 is newer and better than the D80 but I would still recommend at least the D200... I have the SB 800 and LOVE it... I am looking at getting another one. I would definitely recommend SB800.
