I can't get past level 8. a walkthrough please?

neither can I... I'm stuck when I get to the pit of blocks that fall on either end.

Good game isn't it?....

To answer your question start by dropping down and unlocking the door, get the red gem while your down there by jumping while heading left then jump up through the door (right). Walk over the crumble bricks wait til you turn around then hold spacebar and get the purple gem. Drop into the hole and use the purple floating thing to get over the pillar. Jump up and under the dropping brick (don't press space). Jump, turn and jump on the high jump to get the blue gem. Get back up on the top level. Hold space so the 1st dropping brick stays down so you can walk across and get the green gem then when your on the jumping thing on the ground click and hold space bar again, keep holding it til you finish the level. (getting the light purple gem in the process).
