No Songs

Question

I tried to download songs from Windows Media Player to my mp3. It said they were syncronized but when I turned it on there was no music on it. I tried it again and the same thing happened now i cannot open any songs because it doesn't show them and all my memory is used up. I don't know how to delete the songs so that I can get memory back on it without seeing the stuff thats on it.
