If u have never had credit...then do you even have a fico? and if so...whats it start at or whatever?

If you don't have credit, you don't have a score at all.

Go finance a piece of jewelry. This will be the fastest way to build your credit up from no credit. Just remember that until you have established credit (3 years), you "technically" dont have credit.
