Thoughtcrime bill passes in House 405-6

Reprinted from http://www. naturalnews. com/022308. html :

The end of Free Speech in America has arrived at our doorstep. It's a new law called the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, and it is worded in a clever way that could allow the U.S. government to arrest and incarcerate any individual who speaks out against the Bush Administration, the war on Iraq, the Department of Homeland Security or any government agency (including the FDA). The law has already passed the House on a traitorous vote of 405 to 6, and it is now being considered in the Senate where a vote is imminent.

All over the internet, intelligent people who care about freedom are speaking out against this extremely dangerous law: Philip Giraldi at the Huffington Post, Declan McCullagh at CNET's News. com, Kathryn Smith at OpEdNews. com, and of course Alex Jones at PrisonPlanet. com.

  1. The US government cannot arrest anyone for speaking their mind.  If criminal politicians, or their agents violate the rights of the American people, they are no longer functioning as agents of the government.

Our government functions under the US Constitution.  Renegade, criminal politicians who violate their oath of office are nothing more than criminals.  I suggest everyone read your Constitution, and see what your politicians are doing to you.

The phony "War on Terrorism" is being used to create a police state.  It is our politicians who are bringing the terrorist attacks on us.  It is the foreign policy they have created that is making us a target of the terrorists.

No real American would willingly give up their freedom for the "protection" offered by a bunch of criminals and thugs.  They can all go to h**l!

  2. Dude, this is considered spam. Get it off Y!A

  3. You do realize this is fake right?

  4. Only a moron would believe this drivel. Do you really think that a Democratically controlled congress would pass such a bill? Get a grip.

  5. How frightening that we have citizens that would say

"Only a moron would believe this drivel. Do you really think that a Democratically controlled congress would pass such a bill? Get a grip"

    or

"You do realize this is fake right?"

    or

"I read the first paragraph, then got bored, lol."

    or

"Dude, this is considered spam. Get it off Y!A"

If that shows the ignorance of the average citizen, we are finished as a free society.

The bill did pass the house (HR1955) with an overwhelming majority (almost 100%).  LOOK IT UP AT GOVTRACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And question why the media is not telling you about it. Hmm.

There are glaring loopholes in this bill that leave it wide open for abuse against law-abiding American citizens. If it truly about keeping us safe, send it back for redraft to close those loopholes.

Not only does it criminalize free speech, it gives the government the right to monitor all of our internet activities.

If you thought the Patriot Act was an insult to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, it pales in comparison to HR1955 / S1959.

Once this bill passes we lose the privacy we need to organize to vote a corrupt government out of office, and the government gains the rights to label political dissenters as terrorists.

Wake the fudge up people. Freedom and democracy are under seige.

If you like the way freedom and democracy work in China, then keep sleeping.

  6. "it's better to live one day as a lion, than a thousand years as a lamb."

  7. It might be true, and only an idiot would never consider believing it. So those is the White House show their true nature.

  8. Okay, first of all your post is really annoying.  It isn't a question, it's preaching. Don't insult eveyone's intelligence.

And speaking of intelligence - there have always been limits on the kinds of things the post addresses.  In fact, nowadays those limits are lax compared to past decades (pre-Bush).  Educate yourself and stop spreading this nonsense - it makes you look stupid.

  9. I read the first paragraph, then got bored, lol.
