No response to be switched on

I have AUDIOVOX CDM-8910 BM. While it was under car charge boosting the charging process terminated suddenly and a black screen came on. The cell phone is now does not respond to be switched and dose not carry on for the charging process using either car or home charger even with battery replacement. Is there any possibility to reset or repair this failure?Regards
