A few options. As said earlier, these must really begin as glorified chocolate milk. To spruce it up a bit:

Use a grater to put shaved chocolate (from a chocolate bar) on the top.

Muddle a mint leaf in the bottom of the glass for a mint-chocolate flavor.

Mix dark, milk, or white chocolate flavorings to taste.

A little fruit on top would work well also, possible a slice of orange, a cherry, or raspberry.

A non-alchoholic chocolate martini isnt going to amount to much more than chocolate milk.

Try making virgin margaritas or daquris! Much tastier.
