Norton Antivirus Help?

My antivirus is over i need to update it I bought the 08 version do i delete the old one and download the new one or add the new one without deleting anything please help?

try to download it if it doesn't work just delete the old one and download the new it has all the same stuff i guess.

I've had the same problem I left the old one and bout the new one online and it updated itself

Why do you get Norton? Anyways, if you updated, no, you do not need to delete the old one.

Dont worry nearly everyone has downloaded AVG 8.0 WHICH LASTS FOREVER THERE IS NO TRIAL AND IT HAS ANTI-VIRUS, ANTI-SPYWARE,EMAIL-SCANNER,LINK-SCANNER (SCANS WEBSITES), RESEDENT SHIELD TO PROTECT YOU FROM TROJANS ETC, UPDATE MANAGER TO UPDATE AVG ITS THE BEST I'VE GOT IT ITS WELL EASY TO USE

Yes you always have to remove your old anti-virus before installing a new one even if it was a previous version from the same computer security company. Now for the hard part Norton is very stubborn to remove completely. You will need the norton removal tool. It can be found by doing a internet search for it. Good luck.

Why do you get Norton? Its bloated. Anyways, if you updated, no, you do not need to delete the old one.
