Nothing inside my car works...?

Question

My battery died on my 94' infinite Q45... well I replaced the battery with a new one and the car starts up fine and runs... however nothing electrical functions, gauges, dash, blinkers, radio, windows, ac control, everything, even power steering seemed off... i had to even pop the tran into drive to drive it home

...my buddy says it could be the multi-function switch, possible?

Its not a multi-function switch. I honestly don't know how he thought that. Anyway, it sounds more like a fusible link.

Failing or missing belt.

Bad ground.
