With ever dwindling raw energy materials, India having the technology to expand their nuclear energy market has to reduce potential future demand on the likes of Coal and Oil. Its got to profit all including India if they sign the non nuclear proliferation treaty

Loss.For 1/3rd the price, we can develop hydro,thermal,wind etc power for years & years and also avail of the benefits of irrigation, eco balance etc.
