When I was younger, about 7 or something, I had really bad OCD. It was things like, I would have to touch something 3 times and I remember not being able to sleep because I needed to stay up until I beat this score on my "snake" game, otherwise I was convinced something bad was going to happen. I also had to touch every step on the stairs. Back then I hadnt heard of OCD and after a few years I was fine. Bur recently its came back, worse than before. Now I have to touch each corner of my light switches, I have to turn my bedroom light on and off 3 times and I always struggle reading because if I get misread a word, I have to read the whole sentence again, same with texting and typing on here if I miss-spell.
I also constantly push the the skin on my fingers and toes towards my nails, I dont know if anyone else does this? I do it all the time or I feel uncomfortable. Is this normal? And are there any ways to try and get over OCD?
