Question:

OTR Microwave Oven

My Whirlpool OTR microwave's fan stays on all the time. I can't stop it or start anything to heat up. I've tried to unplug it to reset it; but when I plug it back in, the fan and light turn on when I close the door. This is the only thing it will do.
