  2. put baby powder on it and then suck on it lol na jk I'm mexican and we put aloe on everything I suggest you own a savila plant it will help a whole lot. that way you can just go to your back yard cut a peice and rub it on your owies. But as far as products  around the house I'd try windex or some kind of foot cream.

  3. Tape a big piece of gauze or cloth over it...leave you shoe looser if you have to to get it to fit in there...were more than one sock too to cushion it.

  4. put on some savlon cream wrap it up and suck it up is pretty much the only thing you can do, i blame your shoes.

  5. ok what you need to do is get a non adherent pad and tape it to the back of your foot. Wear two pairs of socks so you don't irritate it even more.

  6. put one of the pads on it with a bandaid to secure it...it should help a little with wearing shoes....also i'd clean it with alcohol!

  7. Suck on it.

  8. (A) Clean it out so it doesn't get infected

    (B) DO NOT PICK IT!

(C)Put a band aid on it

    (D) If it makes it feel better, (which it usually does) put an ice pack on your heel.

if you can walk, maybe at the practice you could go barefoot, or wear sandals with no heel. If you cannot walk, do not go to practice. You could seriously injur yourself by limping, and going for the ball. You could sprain or twist your knee/ankle. This is all I can think of, and I hope this helps! Feel better!

  9. bandaid

  10. i know those hurt a lot. one time during ice skating i got one. and i know one thing about them for sure, they can't be healed over night. you're not that out of luck. if you have vaseline or some kind of chapstick, try rubbing that oto the blister (make sure to add a glob of it), and put a band-aid  over it. that's what helped me. try not to stretch hat sore. have fun with volleyball :) and no do not use the tape.(it's still an open wound) and yes u may use the ointment

  11. put a band-aid on it and wear taller socks

  12. pop any blister with a needle, soak in the bathtub and drink some brandy.  wear socks next time.

  13. Band aide of course, and maybe some ice.

You could be getting blisters a) because of your shoes or b) because of your socks. My sister is a runner and she gets bad blisters and she uses something called "second skin" or something similar. She also uses "special" socks.

Let your coach know that you have blisters also, maybe she can recommend something.

External means outside of your inside (like body). So yes, you can use the tape on your blister.

But if you think the peeling is too bad, or it is like a cut, then I would not put it on.

If you do decide to use it, and it starts to sting, take it off.

  14. you need to just put a big band aid or cloth over it
