Sperm can be clear or white, or even in between color change doesn't mean that you are abnormal.

Sperm is actually called ejaculate when it comes out.

It is warm, because it comes out of your body. It will never not be warm.

You can m********e hard or soft and make ejaculate "come out" when you are at the age of puberty.

When you m********e make sure that you are well lubed. If you are imbarassed to buy lube you can use lotion, but make sure you have some kind of lube or lotion because if you m********e without it, you will be raw and probally experience chafing ( which is dry itchy skin due to rubbing without proper lube)
