Ok retaking the SAT...?

Question

Ok i am not happy with my score i got like a 1510...i want to get into a school like UCLA or UT or A&M...(i wanna go into the medical field)

What do I do to up my score (i know study) but what should i study, like what SAT guide should i study?

also i took prep courses and my score went from a 1600 to a 2050.

Hey---I also want to go to UT or A&M for pre-medical studies. As far as SAT guides, Kaplan and Princeton Review are both very good. Princeton Review seems to help you use "tricks" to search out the best answer, while Kaplan seems to actually teach the material. These are both great and should boost your score. Good luck!

i think the best way to raise your score whould be to go to collegeboard.com to find sat courses being taught in your area. all my friends that have taken such courses increased their scores significantly. also, the college board sells a sat prep book with tons of practice probles to get you ready/ hope this helped :-) i myself am a senior in highschool and understand your stress. goodluck!
