Yesterday I got my first bra fitting and she measured me as a 36C I know this is wrong as I was wearing a 34A and my b*****s fit perfectly into the A cup, I tried on the bra she gave me and it was HUGE! I mean my b*****s were 1/3 the size of the cup, and she told me blah blah blah, your a C cup, Ive been doing this for 10 years, I mean WTF? This has definetly put me off going to get fitted again and she told me that if your under 16, your not allowed to wear an underwired bra due to breast developement, Is she right? Am I right? Idk, somebody help me out here!

Thanks for your time

  1. I don't know about the whole under wire thing but I do know that I won't wear a bra that doesn't fit. That would be like a shoe salesperson telling you that a 10 fits when you wear a 7. that lady is crazy. You are better off going to the store and trying different ones on by yourself.

  2. I would be inclined to go elsewhere and get measured again. I have not heard that under 16 year olds should not wear underwired bras so I think you should be fine.

  3. She sounds like a complete idiot. Go somewhere else, and get re-fitted or try it yourself ^^

    This will show you how.

  4. Are you kidding me this lady was an idiot, please get re-fitted somewhere else so you can where a comfortable size.

  5. Well, a 34A would probably be the equivalent of a 36 B or possible C, so that's probably sort of right. However, you say that your b*****s don't fit into the C cups? Then wear a 36 B instead? Don't worry about it. I didn't even get fitted until i was like 18 ish. I'd been wearing a 36 D, when i was  a36 F! Hahaha!

  6. That woman must be looney tunes & forgot to take her meds yesterday.   YOu sound like you know exactly what's right & wrong and how you explained it, I agree with you 100%.

And NO, there's no rule about UW bras for young ladies!  That's pure hog-wash!

What a nincompoop!  You should report her to management for being an idiot & not knowing what the He!! she's doing!

  7. that lady was being an idot. you dont need to be a certain age to wear a bra with padding or an underwire....and if the a cup felt good on you than that is the size you buy. shes not in control of your money you use it to buy what ever you want

  8. don'tt go blindly on a silly sales woman.. wear whatever you yourself feel comfortable.. your breast should fill the cup comfortably and there should not be gap in your cup, else it may go sagging.. at 16 years you should opt for teenage bra(kind of soft and with special cup moulds).. and here she is right never go for underwired ones at this age, that may look better but the damage would be irrepairable..

go and experiment with various brands and their sizes.. ultimately you shuold be feeling comfortable..

  9. I would get your breast size somewhere else. I dont understand the underwire thing.
