he obviously likes you, he isnt trying to ignore you. maybe you should give him a chance? or if you really dont like him just tell him your "bf" is getting mad that he keeps calling

oh god i had this same problem. if you have caller id...just don't answer or ignore the call. and what i did it's pretty stupid. but i had my dad freak the c**p out of that boy. all he wants is attention from you. so try to ignore him as much as possible. good luck

Additionally, don't tell him that it's working, don't even hint it to him.

Ignore him. Program his number in your phone with the name "dont Answer". Also, tell people about it. They'll get on his case and ignore him too. Maybe he'll learn he should stop annoying people and try making some friends.
