Okay i'm writing a story...?

Question

i'm writing a story about this girl who wants to go to college but is being raised by a single poor mom...but i'm kind of at a block...what should the girl being going to college to be? And how should i finish it up? Also if you have any better ideas for me please tell me them because i'm open to new ideas and this one's not that great, i know. And i really really want to write a story. I had this great idea but than lost it! I can not remember what in the world it was and it was really great too. So i'm open to new ideas or ideas for this story already. SO PLEASE PLEASE please help me!

okayy...if she is going to college but doesn't have money since she is poor, there needs to be a twist like a scholarship to an ivy league or something like that...then you should make it even more complicated like maybe the mom isn't her real mother and the reason why she got in is because the person in the admissions is...then you can twist it up with all the college drama...and lets face it, being poor in college isn't really the way to go...i think you should turn this into some sci-fi out of the world stuff..like forbidden love or something. play with the charecters and good luck.

Maybe Law school, she could be chasing down her dead beat father who maybe attempted murder? IDK, but good luck ^_^

hmmm... i would personally suggest something that could in the end provide a sizable scholarship if your intent is to send her to college.
