Olympic Commercial back round song?

Question

Does anyone know the song in the back ground of the commercial when the guy is following the girl and he trips and gets hurt then she is the nurse at his hospital?

Or is it even a song?

I don't think that commercial is specifically for the Olympics. That's a common commercial for GE technologies that aired way before the Olympics started. They also have a similar one portraying an Indian doctor in a rural village.

But I have no idea what it is called because the commercial was really short & I couldn't find anything on google.
