Under your display pic in the left corner there is a list of your apps, click on edit and then click the cross next to the 1's you dont want.

simply you can remove the apps that you don't want . you can do it by going to app menu by clicking on Applications , it shows you the list of Apps you have , then you can disable the ones you don't want to be on your page or even remove the ones you don't need.
